Post Modern HR Systems Parts 1-4 published in IHRIM Journal Bob Stambaugh’s four part series of articles about post-modern HR systems (first published in the IHRIM Journal) discuss what’s been happening to the HRIS environment since the demise of mainframes, and offers a number of reasons why the management style we developed then for HRIS isn’t viewed as responsive by management and other stakeholders today. This four part series provides an excellent “outside the box” tool for individuals and organizations about to implement or modify their own HRIS environment and encourages questioning of many of our discipline’s sacred cows.
