We encourage continuous learning and have creative compensation plans that provide credit for internal projects as well as billable consulting work. Your overall supervision and guidance will come from two main sources: your project management/client management staff and your mentor. You'll have several project and client managers (sometimes two or three at the same time), but you'll always have a single mentor from the time you join the company or until the career direction you choose makes a different type of guidance more beneficial. We chose this approach to management because it delivers you the fastest and best feedback on job performance, while at the same time providing stability and depth of relationship that fosters your growth and development within HRchitect.
